When stepping back and speaking in less concrete terms, I would prefer to reduce the power of government so that nepotism is less of a problem. Also I don't have a solution to the problem of nepotism other than that. Not allowing politicians to engage in nepotism hamstrings them within the domain which they are meant to act.
