That idea is that producers, owners, those with capital, the bourgeoisie, the rich, are harming the people. The opposite is true, and the reason why gets back to what I discussed about a week ago about how wealth is more appropriately thought of in terms of resources. When a monetarily wealthy person sells something to a non-monetarily wealthy person, that non-monetarily wealthy person is in fact wealthier in terms of total resources. So, in effect, the Zimbabweans socialists demolished their own wealth when they exacted social justice on the "evil capitalists."
