    You really have to ask yourself what he would be raising from utg+1. Hint: it's not 38% of hands.
    The flop and river c/c sucks. A b/f, c/f or a c/r would have been better. You may be oop but you have initiative in the hand so I'd throw out a c-bet at about 2/3 pot on the flop.

    Actually it's 39% of his hands he raises from EP! But I get your point generally with regards to 99% of players.

    Totally agree this would have been the better way to play it.

    I agree that as the hand was played a c/c on the river is prolly best. I was just trying to make a point that, imo, there were a few better ways to play the hand than using such a weak line.
