one thing i dont think i asked you about, but what are you taking for supplements other than protein during this diet?
Any suggestions for that? I read Bulletproof Knees and Mike Robertson recommends a bunch of stuff: Glucosamine, Chondroitin, Greens Plus, Vitamins C, E, Selenium and Fish Oils. I'm not sure how I feel about taking so many pills, you have any knowledge on those Andy?
