Yeah right now I'm just taking a daily multi-vitamin and a scoop and 1/2 of some supposedly high quality whey isolate from 'Revolution Nutrition'. It was almost 100$ so it HAS to be good (yes i'm a huge fish when it comes to this). I read about the other supplements 4-hour suggests but for now I'm really focusing on cutting my body fat % and not interested in weight gain yet. Ideally I'd be down to my ideal % in a month or two and then can focus on putting on the good kind of muscle/weight.


If you're curious, here's what 4-hour body says are the 4 best supplements to take if you're doing weight training.

1. Cissus quadrangularis (2,400 mg, 3x/day)

2. Alpha-lipoic acid (300 mg, 30 minutes before EACH meal)

3. L-Glutamine (80 grams for 5 days straight, 10 grams at a time every 2 hours) and then 10-30 grams post workout.

4. Creatine Monohydrate (5 grams morning, 5 grams evening)

I might stop by at the local nutrition place and see about the last 2 I'll provide a TR), but the other two just seem too tedious.
