That said, when it comes to the matter of democracy, then equality has to exist, otherwise we find ourselves in a position where corruption plays a role. Let's say a minimum IQ of 120 is required. Let's say I have an IQ of 115 and happen to be a millionaire. I'm sure I can pay for my IQ to be 120. This is just the first problem I see with a system that gives democratic rights to some but not others.
You can also pay to be 18 if you're not.
