You can export ur hands from programms like pokertracker/ holdemmanager with pictures and stuff. For multitabling try tableninja/starshelper or free scripts. All these programs offer trial periods. Check em out.

There is nothing wrong with simply playing one table while you get a grip of the basics. Try the programs one by one, again whilst only playing one table.

I think you can try with Leak Buster HUDs to solve your problem. I am also newbie to poker and using this software. But not so much familiar with it. But it is getting amazing to me day by day.
