As for more tables, you need to start with 2, build to 3 over time and then 4. It takes time and learning to get your preflop game known and understood. If you are playing less than 20% of hands it shouldn't be too hard to play at least two tables.

Yeah, this. One a lot of your decisions become automated through study and experience, it becomes easier to add tables.

Mass multi-tabling is hugely overrated though - any more than a thousand hands per hour and I think it would be difficult for your win rate to not start taking a dive.
