    The water is no deterrent for a being that doesn't need to breathe.

    I didn't like this in WWZ. Rotting flesh produces gasses, gasses which get caught in the flesh. These gases are buoyant. A zombie that walked into water would likely just get pushed around with the current... I guess some would wash up on beaches, but they'd likely be too decomposed to do much zombieing.

    Yeah, the whole concept of zombie decomposition isn't dealt with enough, imo. It doesn't make sense to me that a zombie dead for a few weeks should have an intact abdomen, since the body's digestive enzymes mean that it starts to digest itself. Walking around would likely lead to punctures and evacuation of entirely liquified organs. After two or three weeks, other flesh should be totally black.

    And why aren't there bugs everywhere?
