    Day 92

September has not been a fruitful month for poker, results and volume wise -- I'm basically even after 46 hours of play. There was a 15BI downswing and some sessions where I just played badly, but I'm really striving to only play my A game and only play at peak times in an effort to reduce my variance and improve my win rate. I have a -0.6bb/100 winrate at the SPEED tables over 200k hands, so I've turned into the type of reg I used to mock.. the rakeback grinder. I plan to move to PartyPoker in October so I can play fewer hands/hour and play against weaker competition (and hopefully become a winning reg once again!)

Besides poker, I've started watching True Blood and reading a fascinating book called Love and Addiction. I went for a walk along the Thames the other day with Louise and saw more of this lovely city I'm living in.

My family is coming to visit next week and I'm really looking forward to spending some time with them (and getting some time away from the tables). I am definitely taking them to the Fine Burger Co., my favorite restaurant in London!

What do you mean by peak times?
When you are at your peak?
Or when the fishing grounds are at their peak, If so, in your opinion, what times are these?
