Larger 4bs just about always skew regs' 4b ranges toward KK+. Players know they can't make a mistake raising Aces TOO big, and they're not worried about committing themselves, and it's pretty much pounded into regs' heads to play KK+ straightforward. It almost sounds too 1st level to be true, but it bears itself out in reality.
