You're over-thinking your pre-flop strategy a bit. It's fine, I'm known to over-think just about everything. (Sometime, ask me why I don't defend PP in EP and MP anymore; I once sang the praises of doing so.)

Actually, I'd probably limit the use of a chart like this to something you use when you're going over your HH. Use it as a rough outline and not a blueprint. Don't become too firmly attached to these ranges, use them as a guide.

If all villains were identical, then a chart like this would be golden. However, take any set of concrete rules with a grain of salt, as they say. Be willing and ready to adapt your play as you gain reads on villains.
