Well I would also explain to them to play very fit or fold and generally to cbet once on good boards if they felt it was profitable. If they can't be disciplined postflop they probably have no discipline pre-flop either so it doesn't really matter what we tell them.
My postflop is bad... I try to just play fit or fold but I think most people catch on to this and exploit me. But I am generally not disciplined enough to play back without tilting and spazzing out.
