This is something I struggle with too - I presume that the 4NL folks I play against adjust to me, when if I'm honest in my HH analysis there really is precious little evidence of such adjustment.

As someone who's still very new to poker and not that good post-flop, I'm really trying to get back to basics so seeing this kind of advice given to others is great, thanks!
