I'm not saying to look at your bankroll during your session because obviously there's not much benefit to doing that (assuming good BR management). You said to "ignore results", though, which sounded like you don't think we should be caring about end results at all.

Sure it's difficult to see your bankroll go down, but playing poker means learning to disconnect yourself from the money in the first place.
