I think not checking results EVER would be optimal. I mean you obviously have to check to see when you can move up or w/e. But basically every mega grinder suggests never checking results. Also I've heard of people having their best weeks/months in periods where they don't check results at all during these periods of time. Nobody can tell me that it's better to consistently check results throughout a session/week/month as opposed to never checking.
