I would 3bet JJs pre here, partially because I 3bet bluff a bit and so have expanded my value range and partially because I find them difficult to play post flop and often you'll get a fold. As played, I like the flop shove.

Don't worry too much about this when you're vs a random tight player who's just sat down and likely has a tight range. If he hasn't seen you 3 bet yet then expanding your value range vs him should be left until you have a 3 betty image with this player. Otherwise you may just be folding out all his worse hands and leaving him with a continuing range that does rather well vs JJ.
