I gotta be honest, with villain's stack the size it is, I'm happy to let him make a hand and just flat call his flop bet and check the turn, since cranking it up before river just allows him to fold out the air that might make a boat later, and if he has a hand, he's not folding to a river shove. I think once we shove the river, hand is played optimally as played. By river, villain either has a high card or a boat, simple. One is always folding and the other is nearly always calling a river shove, maybe like 22 -66 can find a fold, idk how highly a loose-passive fish values a weak boat on this board.
