Ranges look pretty decent, but you also have to ask yourself what would be his continuing range if you 3b his flop raise. At a glance, it seems to me you can 3b this flop. I'd say AQ and KQ are still there on the river as well though.
As played, check behind on the river. Unlikely you can make him fold a flush, and he is not calling a bet without a flush.
