Default 5NL flopped set on monotone board, range assigning help, line check

I'm sure this situation comes up a lot so I searched the forums using the search button. Unfortunately "set" is too short or too common and excluded from the results. I tried but I didn't find a similar post. So if this turns out to be a repost, I'm sorry =/.

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.05 BB (5 handed) - Full Tilt Converter Tool from Poker Strategy Forum | Online Texas Holdem Reviews Strategies Tools & Bonus Guide

    Hero (BB) ($7.56)
    UTG ($2.19)
    MP ($5.58)
    Button ($6.04)
    SB ($5.01)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 5c, 5h
3 folds, SB bets $0.15, Hero calls $0.10

    Flop: ($0.30) Qs, 3s, 5s (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $0.20, SB raises to $0.45, Hero calls $0.25

    Turn: ($1.20) 6c (2 players)
SB bets $0.95, Hero calls $0.95

    River: ($3.10) 2s (2 players)
    SB checks, Hero ???

SB is an aggressive player, maybe too aggressive, he c-bets almost every flop. He steals frequently, and I've 3-bet him twice by this point, both times he 4-bet me. I flatted one because they were small 4-bets. I flopped a set but he didn't follow up on the flop so I took that pot. He hasn't shown a terrible hand yet: he's shown AA and 87s in two showdowns (I don't remember what the exact sequences were sorry; it was a rough week with midterms so i just took down the hand#, and recalling what i can from memory). Sorry no stats, I don't have HUD yet =/

preflop: {22+, AT+, Axs, Broadway hands, suited connectors 54s+} I guess he could be making a move with suited one gap cards, but he was a tight player, just very aggressive, esp. in position.
flop: {AsXs, AsQ, suited broadway hands, suited connectors 54s+, and pairs JJ+ with a spade} I feel like if he had 33 or QQ, he would have c-bet large because that's a scary board to look at with a set. The check-raise made me really think he had a made flush, or a pair with a flush draw because he almost always c-bets, and that check really made me suspicious.
turn: {AsXs, AsQ, suited broadway hands, suited connectors 54s+, and pairs JJ+ with a spade} I think he would bet his entire flop betting range on this turn card. It just made me a little more sure that he wasn't making his move with air.
river: {suited connectors 54s - T9s} the check made me feel like he really hated that fourth spade. Of course I wasn't happy I didn't land a boat on the river =(

    SO my questions:
    1) Do my ranges look good?
    2) Does my line look okay? Should I have reraised SB's check-raise on the flop? Should I have bet on the river to make him fold some weak flushes because the way I played this hand I could easily have the As or maybe even the Ks?

I'm open to any criticism, advice, tips, etc. I won't get sensitive so just lay it on me. Thanks ahead of time.

Ranges look pretty decent, but you also have to ask yourself what would be his continuing range if you 3b his flop raise. At a glance, it seems to me you can 3b this flop. I'd say AQ and KQ are still there on the river as well though.

As played, check behind on the river. Unlikely you can make him fold a flush, and he is not calling a bet without a flush.

edit: I put in a request in the feedback forum so that we can search for terms down to 2 letters: AK, nit, reg, tag, set... all useful

I excluded AQ and KQ because I remember thinking it was really odd that he check-raised the flop; I thought he'd just straight c-bet with top pair strong kicker on this board. Maybe I'm wrong though. It's something I'll definitely keep in mind and look out for next time I run into something like this. Thanks for the feedback.

And good idea with the feedback forum. I didn't know we had that.
