So I guess you're winning small pots and losing more than half of the big pots?

That's the real trick, isnt' it? I'm guessing that you're breaking even or winning for most of those 15,000 hands and just a few hands are putting you in the red.

You hit the nail on the head. I'm winning lots (comparatively) of little pots, especially if it doesn't go to the river (let alone the showdown), and most of the damage is by far a very small # of hands where I lose big. Uuug. Sucks.

Uh yeah. I have the same problem. I'm trying to focus on the idea that small hands are for small pots and big pots should only be played for with monster hands. Or something like that.

I'm trying to learn when to fold top pair type hands... instead of losing my stack.

I think I've read here recently that you don't need '3 streets of value' with TPTK hands?

Meaning you should be barreling w/ TPTK (w/ plenty of exceptions of course) through the river? I'm a bit confused.
