Yeah, I can pretty much count the times I've 3bet bluffed pre on one hand @ 5NL. You can get away with it against some 5NL villains, but they're few and far between. These players have insane 3bet continuing ranges, so 3-betting for value > 3-bet bluff. But at 50NL, so many villains have ridiculously tight continuing ranges so 3-betting as a bluff becomes much more profitable.
