Typically, when people type out 5bb/100 or w/e, it probably just means big blinds, not Big Bets. Most people know to make the distinction, and I really don't see many people that use BB that much anymore. Most either use bb/100 for big blinds obviously, or ptbb/100.
Personally, I don't get why people use ptbb/100 at all. It's like wtf, lets do more math for no reason at all. -_-
