UTG raiser range is pretty tight and his c bet is tight as well he has a peice, best case you are looking at a A high nut flushdraw and everything else in his ranges kills you. Very Std fold.

I did end up folding to his raise. I'd like more input on my bet when he checks the flop though. Is it better to check behind in these spots and then see what happens on the turn?
