I don't like this bet size at all, if he calls he has now invested half of his stack into this pot and will be commited, add in your strong 4bet pre and he has to put you on a very tight range , QQ+ and probably having him beaten and so probably fold losing out on any value from him.
You could bet $2 into the 8$ pot on the flop , $3 into the $12 on the turn and $6 into the 18$ pot on the river to get him all in whilst giving him great odds to draw to his flush or worse boat.
Turn: If he just calls the flop I would check the turn. Maybe his hand improved or maybe he thinks you may have backed down because your c-bet was called.
River: Shove.
whats he going to do in this scenario with his 88-QQ hands though, probably check behind the turn and fold to the river shove , or bet the turn and fold to any reraise/shove coming back at him losing value from the hand.
