5NL flopped set on monotone board, range assigning help, line check
I'm sure this situation comes up a lot so I searched the forums using the search button. Unfortunately "set" is too short or too common and excluded from the results. I tried but I didn't find a similar post. So if this turns out to be a repost, I'm sorry =/.

SB is an aggressive player, maybe too aggressive, he c-bets almost every flop. He steals frequently, and I've 3-bet him twice by this point, both times he 4-bet me. I flatted one because they were small 4-bets. I flopped a set but he didn't follow up on the flop so I took that pot. He hasn't shown a terrible hand yet: he's shown AA and 87s in two showdowns (I don't remember what the exact sequences were sorry; it was a rough week with midterms so i just took down the hand#, and recalling what i can from memory). Sorry no stats, I don't have HUD yet =/
preflop: {22+, AT+, Axs, Broadway hands, suited connectors 54s+} I guess he could be making a move with suited one gap cards, but he was a tight player, just very aggressive, esp. in position.
flop: {AsXs, AsQ, suited broadway hands, suited connectors 54s+, and pairs JJ+ with a spade} I feel like if he had 33 or QQ, he would have c-bet large because that's a scary board to look at with a set. The check-raise made me really think he had a made flush, or a pair with a flush draw because he almost always c-bets, and that check really made me suspicious.
turn: {AsXs, AsQ, suited broadway hands, suited connectors 54s+, and pairs JJ+ with a spade} I think he would bet his entire flop betting range on this turn card. It just made me a little more sure that he wasn't making his move with air.
river: {suited connectors 54s - T9s} the check made me feel like he really hated that fourth spade. Of course I wasn't happy I didn't land a boat on the river =(
SO my questions:
1) Do my ranges look good?
2) Does my line look okay? Should I have reraised SB's check-raise on the flop? Should I have bet on the river to make him fold some weak flushes because the way I played this hand I could easily have the As or maybe even the Ks?
I'm open to any criticism, advice, tips, etc. I won't get sensitive so just lay it on me. Thanks ahead of time.
