4k hands 4 tabling? that's like an 8-10 hour day playing isn't it? Wow.

Well GL slev. I hope it happens.

    Thanks Robb.

    End day 2 update:

Had a shot at 10nl today and finished +2bi's up which was cool, makes a big difference to run ok when your taking a shot like that so am pleased. Was planning to play a little more today but tomorrows another day and all - couldn't have asked for a better start really to 10nl which is cool.

    BR: $199

First full day grinding 10nl on horizon tomorrow!

I demand a handcount at the end of each day.

I'm also getting ready to demand a graph.

What do you do for a living (if anything) Slevin? Because you sure have a lot of free time on your hands!

Keep going strong with the operation! I find it really hard to believe that you won't encounter a setback that will keep you from reaching your goal though.

Variance is a bitch, but I wish you the best of luck.

I played 2.5k of hands yesterday I wanted to play more but had to go out in the afternoon which kind of interferred with things... However I did discover dissorano amaretto on my trip into town so it wasn't all bad - only had time for one though

Given that I had to register HM small stakes yesterday morning which just about cleared me out... It'd be my pleasure to post a graph lol - I'll post a graph at end of todays sessions for you

Things went from bad to worse today I did have the sense to drop down to 5nl, where I proceeded to spew 3 bi's on tilt... at least I dropped down and didn't completely ruin progress to date.

Still have 9 days left after today so I'm still confident. Got some ground to make up though asap.

The guy that won the hand above was 22/16 over 1.2k of hands, shortly after this hand he decides to join my other 3 tables and sits so he has position on me. Then I get to play this hand against him =)

    Maybe he's just grinding 24/7.

You can't really get the greatest hourly grinding microstakes, and with only 12 days he's certainly going to have to grind his ass off.

I really doubt it matters when that graph was made or whatever. After 7 hours without updates, this operation is over lol. I'm pretty sure he either went busto playing micro's or (more likely) he got bored and frustrated and degened it up like the good ol' slevin we know.

    lol what?

clearly I'm not the only person who thinks like this about slevin - he's made his habits clear in all his other operations. Have you read what other people have posted?

I'm still rooting for him to make it, but I don't think its happening at this point :/. The goal is just borderline unrealistic if you do the math considering he's only 4-6 tabling or whatever.

The pokertableratings site is a pretty big clue though in determing the odds of this being a success. Let's hope he continues to look beyond that.
  51. #126
Guys, its over. Seriously, look at all of slevin's past ops. He starts out updating every 3 hours while he's doing "good," but as soon as he starts to spew, game over. Stops posting. We won't hear from him until he decides to do another op.

And yes, daven, I DO like to revel in belittling slevin. He needs it if he's ever going to stop being such a degen with his BR. I'm not gonna sit there and let him cry on my shoulder for the 100th time when he fucks up again by gambling away his roll.

No it's not over ! Fear not supporters! =)

I applied for a job some time ago and sat some tests a couple of weeks back was then invited for an interview and I found out late thursday that I've been successful and have been sorting out some pre-recruitment paperwork with them since so haven't had much time for poker sorry for lack of update.

BR is currently at $115 hit a bit of a wall tbh! I'm going to try to crank the hours up now and will also start the regular updates again now I can concentrate back on the poker for the final push!

Have only managed 4 hours of play since last post it's not looking likely that I'm going to finish this on time as my success at this job interview means I'm going to be struggling time wise over the next few days - have to travel up town and also get a photo id signed by Dr. etc tomorrow... On the upside though I'll have some decent br to be playing with before too long as a result of the job.

Thanks for following guys! If I get the requirements sorted with the new job and start playing regularly again within a day or so I'll let you know, as things stand I don't think I'm going to get much poker in over the next few days though so will likely start another OP when I have the time to put the hours in.

MAy as well call TOD, Slev should be 66%+ of the way there by now, and he's at like 15% (20% if he's lucky.)

If he throws out BRM, he might make it. But if he throws out BRM I will never, ever, ever get behind him and cheer for him to be successful ever again.
