If we assume both are accurate, then we're making significant progress in terms of the number of people dying in police custody, and based on the last ten years, there is no reason to think that racism is a relevant factor.

	I just think we should suspend judgment on Boris until we have all the facts through an inquiry, police investigation, and parliamentary commission...then we should explode him. also, I'd like to be called Lord Poopy His Most Gloriously Excellent.
