    Which makes him >50% more Republican than he is Democrat

    He was the tiebreaker in both Gorsuch (along with Heitkamp and Donnely, two more gifts to the Republican Party) and Kavanaugh. All others voted along party lines.

    Remember milk toast Merrick Garland? That moderate judge Obama wanted to appoint? Which Democrat was against him?

    I don't get why he doesn't just drop the charade and switch to GOP.
