Let's talk hot sauce

No I don't think hot sauce makes food more tasty, I think it usually is very overpowering and ruins food. If you are eating bland boring food (I am not) then its a very easy way of giving food flavour of some kind. What o was talking about was is adding small bits of spice to food and it works well.
