When you want to view things a certain way you can basically find all the evidence in the world but it goes back to that original assumption which isn't true. If you go to the doctors and tell them you have symptoms a b and c there will be 1000 different things that could be wrong with you but what you do is treat the most obvious and regular problem that has those symptoms. It's like when people google their symptoms and find out they have cancer when in reality they have a cold.

I think the point poop is making is that yes, these symptons could all be indicative of a number of ailments, but when one individual shows all of them over the course of a few years after having a brain clot removed (twice?) then the probability of a serious neurological disorder like Parkinsons rises dramatically, to the point it becomes the most likely problem.
