Drew, I find your position a bit confusing. Can you give me more detail for your read on Ong than "I have a feeling and I read him well so listen to me?" That's exploitable, obviously.

He's on a hot run of nailing my role for probably over a year now. Mostly villager, but a couple of wolf games thrown in there. His overconfidence isn't in itself an issue to me, because there's reason for him to be so cocky. But I'm not liking his tone at all.

    Gladly.

Villager ong is arguably the most straightforward asset that we have. He's clear and concise and bulldogish. Take his arguments with baudib for example - stubborn as fuck. He's usually wrong on baudib, which is hilarious, but he's relentless nonetheless.

Here, ong doesn't give a fuck about getting into it with me even though he bolded me. I'm annoyed af that he started a wagon of mine but won't engage with me. I'm annoyed that I read his tone as wolfy but I didn't pull the trigger asap. I'm annoyed that I rarely survive to D2 (I think it's happened three times in the last two years).

Wolf ong is a fence sitter. He's not commited to doing anything unless others agree with him. Wolf ong blends in with the crowd.

Thanks. I now believe that you believe this.

I'm willing to help you pressure him to see where this goes because I had some early pangs of suspicion as well.

If I had to explain my initial suspicions best, it would be that I had a vague sense he was placating me rather than trying to determine my alignment.

I also like creating wagons that can force tough choices.

    Lynch Ong

Placating you? I didn't like your reference to "backup lynch", but that was worthy of a glare and nothing more. During our exchange where we both vote kami, I felt that your post asking for my history with kami was particularly sincere, like you had a genuine *ping* moment with me. It felt like you were trying to figure out my alignment. That's why I felt better about you, and I still have you leaning town for that reason, despite your vote on me.

Don't be so easily swayed by wolves. drew is talking out of his arse. He says that fence sitting and blending into the crwod are charcateristic of my wolf game. Is this what you see here?

Why have you abandoned the idea that he cannot just simply be wrong with hard headed confidence? It would make sense that he thinks he can read you if historically he does very well.

Why is he definitely a wolf?

He could simply be wrong. I think he's a wolf because it makes no sense for a villager who thinks I'm a wolf to jump onto the wagon that I started. It's not just his misread on me. It's what he does with that read. He's not applying his wolf read on me to his read on kami. Thus, he's lacking in village motivation, imo.

I don't like this post by BID. The last sentence is not what Ong is doing this game, so I don't know why he's saying this.
I may grow old, but I refuse to grow up.
