this is a good representation of what he does. summarize a post, then add an opinionated, yet uncontroversial twist. since he has not been under fire hes free to get by while doing this. everyone else in the village has had someone else raise an eyebrow at them, except for lilrascal. we agree he seems like he has werewolf experience so why else would he post in this manner? he even has a good ruse for posting obvious filler... "on my way to 15 posts, guys!!"

I know baudib fooled us all in his debut game simply by posting a ton of content so it's possible, but still rascal has some really solid posts out there imo

Looking at his defense of me it has crossed my mind that he could be buddying me hard and that's always a worry, but I certainly have him as v for now

JKDS has put in a massive, massive effort to save rong. Why?

It really doesn't make sense for him to do this if they're wolves together as I noted from the very first time he defended rong (when he pushed wuf instead). It's possible, just unlikely.

If JKDS be wolf and rong be villager it means JKDS is using rong as some sort of a strawman but this has holes in it too. I mean sure, keep your hands clean when there's a mislynch afoot but this is some really fancy play

If JKDS is town, then rong's role is still unknown but JKDS is pretty good at clearing villagers so it's a V lean for rong I guess. Prima Facie this is the most likely option (hey JKDS do you like the lawyer speak? For the uninitiated it means 'on the face of it') but it doesn't explain why he's being so unreasonable in his assessment of me. I just get the impression that he's pushing his point rather than genuinely puzzling me out, and jkds is a good enough wolf that the best chance of catching him is to catch him being bloody unreasonable.

i think its impossible for us to guess if loki is lying or not. i think it would be pretty even if we polled everyone and asked "if you were this role, would you lie." the loki statements forces us to consider WIFOM style questions. would loki lie because loki knows people know loki is a trickster, or would loki tell the truth to fuck with people, since people know loki is normally a trickster? and on and on

8 people left, 2 wolves means if we vote randomly we should nail (excluding village daven) 2/7. 28%

if loki is lying at least 28% of the time, in a vacuum, it would be better to lynch wuf

i think we are better than 2/7 to hit a wolf, but not too much higher than 50%. thats why going at wuf is attractive, because if loki is lying half the time, it would be a good lynch

Ok lemme think this through. Gabe you gave a vague one line response when I asked you to think about this, I was hoping for a bit more substance.

I have already stated that rong / jkds are unlikely wolves.

Assuming that rong is a wolf (for the purposes of thinking this through, GFY gabe) - his buddy would likely have been a bit slow getting on his wagon. Wuf was first, then daven, hoopy, luco, rascal.

So it would be hoopy, rascal, or gabe.

If rong said 'I'm dead go for cover' then it's hoopy or rascal, if not it's gabe. None are likely though, gabe has stuck his neck out defending rong D2 and D3 and hoopy said something D2 iirc that made him and rong unlikely wolves (something like 'I might hop on, we'll see'). Rascal has been all over rong. Gabe maybe slightly more likely as he's been kinda wishy-washy on rong now that I think about it, but still it doesn't feel right to me

So thinking it through I'm inclined to agree with you gabe that the VC implies rong is a villager.

This is important: Based on the current state of the game, with 8 players left (5 villas, 2 wolves and 1 neutral SK) we can't afford a mislynch. If we get this one wrong, then that leaves us at 4 villas going into the night with the wolf NK and the SK possibly going for the win with the wolves, we would be at 2 villas, 2 wolves and the SK which would be game over.

We absolutely cannot afford a mislynch. Loki may be going for the solo win but we can't chance it

Something that got lost in all this shouting is that with 7 votes on ong, there was probably a wolf on ong's wagon. I think jkds said it in his case against me, and the more I think about it the more it makes sense - especially after such a dangerous move on Ong's part.

The only living players left from that wagon are me, gabe and hoopy. I think jkds has the right idea but the wrong person.

the two best points gabe has made all game are why luco is v for the ong switch and why im v for point (1) on my list from the early game. but on this last page he has seemed to forgotten that and thinks a luco/wuf wolfing is reasonable

ive thought the whole game that if gabe is a wolf, he's playing a great game. like he said, his "intentions have been pure". well, that's one smart way to wolf. but since he seems to have started to get funky, it could say otherwise

Re me, if lunching me loses the game for the village then don't do it. If we can survive my death then go for it. I can't see me having the time to be helpful. Although I'd say my take on luco was pretty dam good and nearly ajways accurate.

Also, rascal, I simply don't have the time to go back and check things as I'm playing from my phone and short on time, which is why I'm asking others to check things I think of rather than doing it myself.

This type of posting is why I find you wolfy. You start off in the first post I quoted stating you like my clear concise posts and then a few posts later you have my in your top 3 wolf candidates. What made ysou switch?
