    What about cousins that don't share the same grandparent, but each have a grandparent that's a sibling to the other? Are you still considered first cousins?

    Edit: I don't like the way I worded that.

    Billy has a grandpa named Gus.

    Gus has a sister named Betty.

    Suzy's grandma is Betty.

    What is the cousin relation between Billy and Suzy?
