Your sizing both flop and turn are much bigger than I'd go, which I'd assume means I'm not betting enough, rather than you betting too much. I'd be making flop raise sizing sufficient to get stacks in by river, but here you succeed in doing so by turn, which is obviously better. I suppose we're not expecting this guy to get away from his top pair hands, hell he might even stack KQ on the turn. I like your sizing more than I like mine.
