Carroters100 is a good start, followed by Carroters048 and 049 "The Spectrum" (not dissimilar to Renton theory in the strat articles on here) and Carroters 101-105.

There are a few warnings to remember though. Watching too many vids in a short space of time can end up in a downward spiral because you are trying to do too much at once without fully understanding one topic. Also, if the Carrot Man is doing something like 5bet jamming Q9s or 77 bvb at 50nl, do not even being to contemplate this at lower stakes!! Make sure you are always doing things at the table for a valid reason, rather than doing things at much lower stakes because you once saw an instructor do it in a vid in completely different circumstances.

All of the instructors are good though. For 6-max Colossos plays differently to Carroters, but the styles complement each other well. I haven't watched much of new coach PocketAir yet, but he also seems to have a good grip on how to beat up the micros.

I have literally downloaded all the 10NL vids that I could find back to about beginning of 2012 I think ( was surprisingly fewer than I thought there would be ). Got a couple of the how to master series and trouble hands as well.

I'm going to try not to watch/study anything above 10NL otherwise I think that will have a negative impact on my game.
Currently grinding live cash games. Life is good.
