You need a default plan for this spot at 10NL vs the average reg. This should be based on the general tendencies of the player pool. Starting off by flatting is pretty sensible until we have some idea how the guy reacts to 3-bets, how wide he opens MP etc. If I did 3-bet my line would certainly be to 3-bet/jam. 3-bet/folding is pretty bad with AK here vs an unknown. Just stick it in now. Not happy at all, but there's too much dead money and your equity vs his range is never going to be terrible. His 4-bet size is absurdly big, probably is very rarely a bluff but w/e we have AK and if he ever does fold we pick up a hell of a lot of dead monies.
