Interesting. I'm a big bacon and eggs fan for breakfast. No, its not perfect, but its got protein, reasonable calories, easy to cook and tastes delicious. I tend to think a lot of people focus on the minutia rather than just fixing the basics. I need improvement, but I know the issues. Serving sizes, and eating while drinking account for my biggest issues. If I control those the weight drops without much issue. Most of the crap has long been removed from my diet (other than if I've had a drink, then I tend to eat it). | |
