    I want you to start drinking black coffee and straight spirits for a while. Eventually you can add a little cream to your coffee or an ice cube to your whiskey.

    I'd drink coffee with no sugar if its real coffee but I can't drink instant without it.

    brew a pot in the morning, have a cup, and pour the rest in a thermos.

    You couldn't pay me to drink instant coffee, it's horrible and the reason you can't drink it black. Having to dump cream and sugar into something to make it tolerable should tell you not to put it in your body. It's actually shown to have caused issues in cholesterol health. There was some studies done showing improvements in cholesterol health from switching to brewed coffee and even more so when paper filters are used. Black coffee is actually considered health food when your not using it to wake up, perk up or get through days from poor energy levels. Couple cups a day is golden.
