I would start by tightening my range up to be more value hands so when we find yourself OOP on the flop we won't have such tough choices and will be able to fire bets with comfort. That way we are not just b/f all these flops n burning money up when we get raised or called and have to fold. We can abuse their tendency by reducing our range to value hands. If they counter adjust then you can begin to open your ranges up n get away with more cbets.
