[5NL] QQ UTG. Flop a set...villain's range and turn decision??

3b flop. As you played the flop, bet the turn. As you played the turn, shove over.

Lots of draws, top pairs, two pairs and undersets in his range. Maybe even slow played AA or KK. Tons of stuff to get value from. Don't offer free cards.
