Feel free to tell your Negreanu dog story. Like you said, at most the mod removes the post. I try to keep my rants about what I have encountered, so if I get yelled at, I am talking about myself and not spreading rumors about others.
My first remembrances of pets. My father gave my birthday cake when I was six years old to the 22 pets we had in our family as a punishment for me getting into his anniversary cake. When I was six, I saw our family dog eating his anniversary cake, but went back to bed because I was not supposed to be up at the time. When I got up and told my father what I saw, my father said a dog could not eat a cake and leave perfect cuts in the cake, so I must have gotten into his anniversary cake. Now animals do not eat cake I thought, but every single 22 animals ate my birthday cake two weeks later that my father gave them in front of me. A bat, a chinchilla, fishes, a gander, a german shepherd, parakeets, turtles, etc. I was not allowed my birthday cake that year.

After pondering for 30+ years, I was sitting with my Dad while he was dying of cancer(I was 38, my father 63) and I said father, I finally figured out how the dog ate your anniversary cake leaving perfect slices removed from the cake. He said, I know, you got into it. I said father, the cake was a pre-sliced cake. I said father, there's no other place I want to be than sitting right here by you. He made a cake slicing motion with his hands. We had one of our last laughs there together. Father, son.

Now, I am not going to sit here and defend KidPoker's or surviva316's like or dislike of puppies. But I can say we each have different experiences in our lives which can have an influence on us for a lifetime. Taking it a step further, what happened to us that, even before our memories, have influenced us and we do not know it influences our decisions to this day.
