I usually read a min raise as quite a strong play

I normally associate a min raise with a retard with 2nd pair or without the balls to bluff air properly at the micros. Definite call, but tread carefully.

Are we c/c most turn cards, unless villain overbets?

Id c/r all in as i think hes never folding a Kx here and we are only behind a little (and likely still with some outs if we get it in super bad)
