You need a majority and 50% does not count as a majority. So for 22 people, it would be 12 bolds. For 21, it's 11. For 20, it's 11.

Also, just to re-iterate, I have nothing wrong with crazzvette as a person and certainly appreciate her participation. I just find the comma separated sentences mentally fatiguing and frustrating to read since we're taught to take rests after each period/sentence to internalize information. Suggested "bullying" was grammar-related and the fact that she is a she is only coincidental so to suggest sexism is pretty idiotic.
