Dan was playing a bunch of $1 sng's this one day for some reason. I went to rail my friend, and noticed kidpoker stars pro at the table, phoned my mate and asked him if he knew who we was playing with... he didn't until I told him.
Every table he joined filled up mega quickly, but I managed to get on one table with him. I 3bet him once and he folded. Then some other cunt got AA vs my KK and my fun playing with DN was over.
I learnt to play poker with a friend and we used to both play most days at uni, started off very low stakes with like $50 each. He went home for Easter and decided to do some spinning up and Gavin Smith was sitting in some $100 6max super turbos, so he regged up for a bunch just to play with him. Think he won like $2k that week from $100 starting - was the fine time I realised how much money you could make from poker! Looking back, it must have been the hottest run ever. At the end of the week he was playing $100 HU super turbos off a roll of like $700 after cashing out the rest.
