Its prob safe to say his Late Position open raise range is something like:
Ax+,K5s+,K9o+,Q8s+, QTo+, J9s+, JTo..... or close to that right.
Yes, pretty close to that. Different villains will have different ranges, even when they play the same % of hands.

Some notes on your guess:
You didn't include any pocket pairs. How small is small for this villain?
Ax+ is redundant and a bit confusing as to what you mean. A2o+ would be all off-suited Aces; A2s+ would be all suited Aces; Ax is all Aces.
If you know he raises KTo, why do you assume he raises K9o?

I use VPIP/PFR stats to narrow down their limping and raising range. I do not use a HUD. I made a Excel spreadsheet that has a bunch of buttons on it, so I just click each player's action and the sheet does the math. My point is that you don't need software to track stats like VPIP, PFR, CPFR. These stats converge pretty quickly, and they help greatly in figuring out whether something was on the top, bottom, or middle of a villain's range. If you're not on Bovada (or another anonymous site) and you're playing w/o a HUD, you are at a serious disadvantage to a player who is using a HUD.

Also, think about what Robb said.
