Turn because villain bets like a girl, probably hoping to see a cheap river, thus his range is hugely fd and pp heavy, ie hands that we beat and that call and want to continue,
River because villain is married to the pot and is not folding any pair, while hands that beat us usually shove, especially at river with his remaining stack and pot size.
If we're behind in this spot like ever, I'd be surprised. Also equally surprised if he folds. Seems pretty standard to me.
more or less. though to clarify, on the turn he'll never have stronger than top pair otherwise he'd go with it. making him have very few combinations of 2 pair or stronger hands, while thinking he is committed to call with any made hand.
