I'm 3betting this pre against a CO open pretty much 100% of the time, mainly for balance purposes, since I'm also 3betting Axs Kxs and heaps of other crap sometimes. After 3betting, I'm leading the flop, probably b/f flop b/f turn b/f river.
As played, I'm probably calling down, he can be barrelling most of his range here putting you on a flush draw. He has us beat sometimes, like QK QJ QA QT Q9s TT 88 66 KK AA, but he can also have small pairs, bricked draws, AK... ok we don't beat that much unless we're giving him lots of air, which without reads is not wise, so c/f river after all. Turn I think is ok, flop is ldo call.
3bet pre and it's much easier post flop imo.
