We all tilt sometimes, believe me. Tilt is not playing your A-game for whatever reason... because some cunt keeps raising your blind, you got dumped yesterday, your dog got run over, your central heating is broke, you're tired, you feel like having some fun with 23o, someone is talking to you while you're trying to concentrate... the list goes on and on and on. Recognising when you're tilting is important, don't be foolish enough to think you're immune from emotion.
You're either on a downswing or you're not playing as well as you could, probably both. Take the dog for a walk or whatever, clear your mind of crap like "this guy is 3betting me so fucking much", and put villains on ranges based on betting action, position, board texture and villain tendancies, and you at least eliminate one half of your problem. The other half is out of your hands.
