    Default ak squeeze becomes multiway?

    Cake - $0.10 NL - Holdem - 8 players
    Hand converted by PokerTracker 3

    MP+1: $3.30
    Hero (CO): $16.04
    BTN: $9.65
    SB: $5.41
    BB: $10.63
    UTG: $7.58
    UTG+1: $11.88
    MP: $4.85

SB posts SB $0.05, BB posts BB $0.10

    Pre Flop: ($0.15) Hero has A K

UTG raises to $0.20, UTG+1 calls $0.20, fold, fold, Hero raises to $1.00, BTN calls $1.00, fold, fold, UTG calls $0.80, UTG+1 calls $0.80

    Flop: ($4.15, 4 players) 6 3 2
UTG checks, UTG+1 checks, Hero checks, BTN checks

    Turn: ($4.15, 4 players) 8
UTG bets $2.08, fold, fold, fold

    UTG wins $3.88

utg had just sat at table, so no reads. reasons i didnt bet the flop: button called my squeeze, and so did everyone else, so i figured at best, i would be trying to spike an ace or a king vs an overpair to the board

    thoughts?

Too much happening in too big of a pot. Not firing flop is fine imo and folding the turn is fine too.

Unless UTG sat and posted then he's played at least one orbit. By "just sat...no reads" do you mean that he didn't play any hands his first orbit, blinds included? If that's the case then you can assume he's tight until proven otherwise, which means that you're up against a strong range.

Pre: What's your table image? With that many callers on a squeeze I'm wondering if you've been playing loosely. I'd make it more like $1.20 to $1.30.

Flop: If my image was tightish then I woulda c-bet to about $2.25 because by checking behind you kinda turn your hand face up.

Never ever c betting. You have close to 0 fold equity here.

oh, by that i meant that opp was like...22/15 over 14 hands or something like that

my table image up to this point was pretty solid, I wasnt getting out of line, and was being generally tag. not supernit, but more tight than loose

my best guess here was that opp was just stealing an uncontested pot with some silliness like kj/kq here(based on preflop minraise rrflat), but given the small sample size, and button opp, i figured that with me being crushed by pretty much any pp, it wasnt worth the risk to put in the amount of $$ it would need to take the pot down. I didnt want to stack on a hunch, so i let it go

Or you could try putting your opponents on ranges and come to the conclusion that a huge amount of the time someone will have a hand they wont fold to your c bet.

Putting villain on "some silliness like KQ/KJ" is just making a stab in the dark and isn't the correct way to analyse poker situations.

He very well could have a monster. High pp our flopped set. He could have checked the flop hoping for someone else (you) to make a big bet, then he can come over the top. That didn't work so he had to lead the the turn. I think you have give that more credit than him bluffing into 4ppl after checking the flop. Thats my theory anyways.
